In 2017, Aster aviation services DMCC approached FirstBit with a request to automate VAT reporting. At the start, the company had a simple self-written CRM, which kept basic accounting records, flight and service records, invoices and reconciliation reports.
The system did not take into account all other current expenses. A comprehensive system was needed to automate all processes within the company.
